removing removal of rear passenger door - estate B6

hi guys,
ive ordered a replacement door, which will come tomorrow.
i thought there would be lots of info on swapping doors, but i cant find any, which to me, means its very easy, or no one does, but there are lots on ebay, so im hoping its dead easy, and doesnt need any info in order to do it.
anyone done it? can anyone give me any pointers?
