Jacking up the rear

Hi all!

Just purchased an 2008 170 sport estate. Loving my return to VW - had a tdi golf before switching to a BMW touring for 'family duties'.

Need to change rear springs (broken coil on one side). Easy job, did it on my BMW and the job looks identical on the Passat. Problem I am seeing is how to get each side up on jack stands. It was easy on the BMW due to the read diff housing. Where on the Passat can I jack up other than the standard side rail point? (Or where can I put the jack stand if I jack up on the side rail point?). Pictures would be hugely appreciated!
