Throttle body part number

Hi,

When i accelerate(especially uphill) car goes into limp mode.

Engine management light(amber) and flashing coil light on(amber) always displayed.
VAGCOM reports:

I have been advised to change the throttle body.

Year 2005/06

Also advise if the fix is something else ?
