Scrap or px car

I'm starting to look at changing my 05 B6 sport to A6 quattro avant tdi and have been given stupid px figure out £800. The car is on 140000 miles and very good condition with memory seats, blue needle b7 clocks, alpine hifi ect. The question us should I strip it and put original parts back and px it or scrap whole car? It has had new clutch and turbo in last 2 years and new suspension with new lowered springs last year. The market seems very very poor for selling it. Advice welcome.
