Lumpy idle

Just a quick one guys, my car feels lumpy on idle but more so when cold can feel the car shaking slightly, could this be a cause of the swirl flap oil leak issue I have going on? Or are these engines known to be slightly lumpy on idle.

It is more you can feel the car shake when idling and it's quite uncomfortable when running it's silky smooth, well when it's not in limp but that's another story.

Can the idle issue be something else which I should address?
