When the car is idling the exhaust fumes are lethal, they will make your eyes water.
No fault codes, no issues in running apart from a return of only 30 / 32 MPG in steady Dual carriageway driving 12 mile to and 12 mile back from work, long motorway runs are around the same at max 35 mpg.
I have VAG com and was playing earlier (Not an Expert) i noticed that the Lambda sensor had a temp reading of 3.0 Degrees. this was when the car was idling at full temp?
Any ideas on what to test / where to start please? i Don't think it will pass an emissions test, my MOT is not due until June but need to rectify asap as the neighbors are moaning about the fumes and i keep crying every time i walk round the car while it is running
