Clutch replacement

Hi, got a 2008 2.0tdi 140 passat

Either the dmf or the release bearing is rattling, so it needs a change.

3 question i wanted to ask: How difficult is it to remove the box, providing ive got a ramp etc etc?
What sort of clutches are recommended? Oem or an uprated one?

The car has been mapped so im automatically thinking an uprated but i bet the prices are ridiculous.
Thirdly, whats the business with these dmfs? ive heard people stick a single mass fly wheel with a friction plate with springs in? not sure how true or accurate this is so any info would be great
