Flat battery in the morning.

Post by Citykid »

Brand new battery....we had a realy cold day and the battery wasn't up to the job so fitted new. All was well for a few weeks then we experienced the dead battery issue last Tuesday morning. The multi Meter was set at 10 Amps and when all systems are shut down there is still a 3 amp leak. I pulled all fuses and still have the leak. I have changed the Coolant sensor on the left hand side of the cylinder head as the fans are running even when the engine is cool.

I'm at a loss as to where the fault could be. I have disconnected the Tow bar electrics and made sure everything is closed down....I just can't fathom why we have this 3 amp parasitic leak...can anybody help ? :hyst
