BBC Radio 4 earlier in the week did a report on Harcus-Sinclair putting together a Group Litigation - similar to US side - for compensation, on a no-win no-fee arrangement, but likely upto 30% of any individual payment if successful.
Wondering what the thoughts are/concensus is and how many have registered?
