Have a 2007b6 2.0 tdi dsg. Had second hand from 42k miles with now 158000k. 6 years. Apart from wear and tear of breaks, front disks and servicing twice each year to the book, one recall that the dealer picked up on for injectors/associatedwiring replacement and only the electronic parking brakes replaced as they seized on. So in general the car has been very good and the engine not missed a beat, even with fast runs on continental toll roads. The dsg has (TILL NOW) not missed a rev as well
. The issue now that when I put into drive and pull away there is a scraping sound in each gear (not loud) in the background. Holds in 2nd gear longer than usual to 2500- 3000revs. At low speed 30 or less dropped into neutral the scraping disappears. Searched web but no luck. Finally there is a very slight jerk in first gear. When pulling away for about 2 seconds. Has anyone had these symptoms and if so what was it and how much did it cost to do.
