Blue motion gear shift indicator on the dashboard

Hey guys

Any way of getting the shift lights on a non blue motion using vcds? (With the white display)

And the extended telephone menu on the mfd signal meter and battery details from phone on the screen my car is 2010 and our 2011 car at work has all the above however it's a blue motion mine is not both have white mfd both have rns310
