Mapping and insurance.

Hi all.
Just been looking at having the B6 mapped from 105bhp to around 140 bhp as it is to sluggish for a large motor. Thought I'd check with the insurance company to make sure it doesn't affect my policy and they said they wouldn't cover it due to increase in engine performance, as the engine has to be like for like, what ever that means.
So, I feel a bit stuck on what to do. Is there anyone else that has had a similar issue and is there any insurers you'd recommend who would cover a mapped car.
