2008 VW Passat Estate Poor Radio Reception

Hi everyone, I've only had my passat just over a week and notice that i can only receive strong radio signals, i think the antenna is built into the side rear quarter glass, any idea on how i can improve the reception, getting fed up listening to capital :-o my last car had DAB so I've got absolute 80s withdrawal :mrgreen:
