Put a Single mass Fly in a b6 Passat 2010 2.0l tdi about 9 months ago, just picked up a bill for £1400 as the gearbox needed a rebuild and a new DMF fitted as well as a clutch....I bought the SMF kit from PMA motor factors.
Has anyone else suffered from this after fitting these kits...The garage are blaming the SMF kit but I'm not to sure, surely motor factors wouldnt make these kits and sell them with a warranty and not warn you about any side effects after fitment.
The car doesn't get driven hard at all as its a taxi and its (NOT remapped).
