USB Socket!

I am after an input plate for USB for my B6 09 Passat - anyone know if such a thing exists? I want to change the usb socket from a loose cable in the glove box to my pioneer radio to a nice input plate... I have seen some on ebay for the RNS radios but they look too big to fit the dash or the arm rest positions (or am I wrong?)
