b6 staggered wheels

just got a b6 this week and want to know what sizes will fit , ie width and offst f&r
Not decided yet on 18's or 19's so looking for some advice on what others have fitted
Will be fitting coilovers too and have arch roller to do arches if needed
ive tried the search , got fed up after 2hours searching
