Reverse Camera

Morning All.
Just wondered if anyone had fitted a reverse camera to their Passat. I'm looking at one on ebay that replaces one of the number plate lights.

Is there a nice and easy way to feed the video cable down to the front and keep it nice and tidy/hidden etc.
I presume the power is just taken from the reverse light wiring?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
