Right to start with they get hot and cold fine I can adjust the settings fine from screen to foot well etc the problem I think I have is the speed

1 2 3 juat dont seem to do anything cant heae anything and can only feel the tiniest bit of air coming from the vents but then when on number 4 pumps the air out ???

Is that normal as can feel tenp change etc qhen on 123 but didnt no if that how it is or something wrong
