Boot leaking!!! Help??

Hi all,

Ok problem is the boot has about 4 inches of water in it!

So after reading loads about the little black drains I've cleared them but the water is deffo not comming in from their!
I've even resealed the boot strut seal. I can't see how it would get in about the boot itself because there is a fair lip on that. What it looks like is maybe the water is tracking down the side of the window and getting in behind??
I will post a picture where it's dripping from.
Anybody else have this? Any ideas? Vw cost £72 per hour and people have been saying they have left the car for days! I can't afford that.
