vag-com mods

Hi peeps!
Apologies as I have also posted simular in the introductions/newbee section (I have edited it now)... bet felt this was a better suited area for my questions....
I have just brought a 58 plate B6 2.0 Tdi CR 140 and would love to have the fogs as DRL's and the USA style indicators that come on with sidelights.... I am under the impression this can be done with only a Vag-com modifacation....
I would also love to have the rev counter/speedo dials sweep on start up.
So if these mods are possible is there anyone who has vag-com in my area (Essex/Suffolk) who would be willing to do it (happy to pay.... by the way!!!) for me.
Also I am thinking of a H.I.D conversion.... So if these mods will affect that could someone let me know!!
