Please help engine gone

Hi everyone im an owner of a 07 passat 2.0 tdi 140bhp modle i think bkp engine code last tuesday i eas driving along and all of a suden i heard a woosh noise like a waste gate opening while redlining in sencond gear then lots ofwhite smoke and total lost of power. By the time i pull over it lost all of it oil and now it wont even turn over

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Wht mght be wrong with my car and if its the engine that has failed what would be the best way to go about fixing it or buy a recon one thx in advance and sorry with all the question as it my firstever vw and this is happened i have no i deal where to begin.
