parking sensors inside the bumper !!

Hi - new to the forum just bought a B6 tdi sport and the parking sensors on the front grille have been pushed through inside the bumper. Can anyone tell me how to remove the front grille so I can hopefully clip them back in. Thanks in advance. Great forum by the way
