Anyone With Diagnostics in Leicester or Leeds Area?

Following on from my recent thread on the parking brake alarm, does anyone have the diagnostic capabilities they would be able run for me so I can see exactly what fault codes I've got going on?
I'm in Leicester (LE8) Saturdays and Sundays and Leeds (LS17) Mondays to Thursdays.
I'm pretty broke at the moment so would like to know what the problem is before I take it to either a dealer or non-franchise place for the (no doubt) costly repairs.
I have had the car in the air this afto and know the driver's rear handbrake isn't working - will the fault code give me more info than that?
