Internal fan problem

Hi,
New to the site today, I have an 08 1.9 TDI estate with 74,000 miles on it. I only bought it in October but the internal fan has gone now 3 times. Keep taking it back to main dealer. The last one only lasted for about 50 miles.
Anyone had any similar problems.
