Clutch

hi

few months ago i bought a 56 reg passat, last week i was driving the car, and i noticed that, everytime i change a gear (e.g from 2nd to 3rd or from 3rd to 4th) there is a noise coming from the clutch. i have just been to carcraft as i bought the car there but they said the noise is intermittent, and there is no major with the clutch. i was wondering if anyone has a different opinion on the problem, and should i take the car back to carcraft for them to fix it.
