noise changing into 3rd and 4th gear

Hi all newbie 1st post
here goes
I have a passat 55 plate 70k just recently ive been getting a whirring noise when changing into 3rd and 4th gear only if revs are above 2k anyone had any expeirence of this .Had new clutch dmf and gearbox approx 1yr ago.
