Cold Starting

I've had my B6 just over a year no and noticed both last winter and this winter that if the outside temp drops below about 5C then she can be a bitch to start up - most of the time she'll fire up on the 2nd attempt and be a little lumpy for about 10-20 seconds but if its been colder (as recently) it could take 3 or 4 attempts to start - but once she is warm she starts up no issue.
