turbo noise..?

wen accelerating my turbo gives out a hissing noise and wen im parked if i rev the engine its like a whistling noise..........

does anybody know what this could be?

its ony when im reving or accelerating, i hav a 2.0 tdi sport 140

im thinking possibly a intercooler leak or pipe?

any help would be appreciated
