I have a B6 Passat with an air bag warning light on, I believe it uses can bus obd?

Or would I be better off with one of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0336136015" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and my laptop?? Would this enable me to reprogram the keyfobs so I can open all doors with one press??
