Which B6 TDI Model Is The Best To Go For?

Hi all I did do a seach but could not find the answers

I'm looking to get a B6 tdi most likley the 170 unless people think the 140 is a better bet
I have looked on Parkers and VW sites today to see what seems the better out of the Sport or SE and the Highline
I want leather climate control and the touch screen radio maybe with the nav
I did see that the Sport and SE are 15mm lower but cant seem to work out which would be the better one to go for?
