Morning everyone, I’m in need of some help please,
My cars glow plug light started flashing at me when driving then it went into limp mode, it’s a 140bhp 2.0 tdi 2010 b6. No codes thrown up or anything at that time,but turned it off for 10 minutes then drove it again and all seems fine, now I drove it to work this morning and the light came on again and limp mode is activated, I’ve plugged it in and got the code P0299 which is saying the turbo but there is no smoke and it was driving fine when I first started it up this morning. It’s got a high pitch noise coming from the back of the engine at the bottom, so I’m thinking it could be the diverter valve maybe? Any help is much appreciated.
