2010 cr removing oil pan to check hex key ???

hi, i have just dropped the oil and i thought i would take the sump off while im doing the oil change and check the hex key see if its the 77mm wearing round .there was a stupid felt cover on the sump that i couldnt find the right hex bit for the plastic screws. when i looked at the pan there are 3 allen headed screws at an angle in deep holes and at the other end a thick pipe blocking one screw near the timing belt. do i need special tools ? or shall i just do the oil change and keep fingers crossed its done 92000 miles its 170 bhp remapped to 200bhp dpf egr deleted thanks,mick
