Hi,
Is it possible to change the motor on the earlier 2005 2006 Passat b6 to the newer 2007 onwards model.
I know the newer model has a 12 side spline type fitting wheras my earlier motor drive has a 6 pin torx type affair.
The 12 pin motor seems pretty common and does come with the piston driver, worm/screw thing and seals,
I also know that there is a notch on the newer model epb motor, can i just change that plug if i get one from the main dealer?
any help would be appreciated
