P2015 error VCDS - some confusion

I'm seeing this intermittent fault appear:
Please Login or Register to see this code However after some searching I see references to two areas / components. The first (after searching this forum) seems to point to issues with the throttle body / anti-shudder valve. FYI I have had this replaced several months ago after it stuck open.

The second points to a stop for flaps in the intake manifold (I think). I've read that the "stop" is made of plastic and starts to fail. The solution apparently being a small bracket-fix by a chap under the name of Dieselgeek. Seems very clever but expensive to get it from US.

I'm not particularly technical regarding this stuff but maybe someone could advise which of these is more correct. Or just any advice at all would be appreciated ;)
