Fitting bigger wheels

I want to fit a set of audi s line 18's to my wagon but I'm completely new to upsizing and I don't know if there is more involved.

I currently have the factory 16's so there's a 2" difference. Would I have to have the speedo adjusted? What else would I need to do?
