driver side vent and creaking from passenger chair

hey guys

my driver side vent seems busted, any spares i can get from yourselves as otherwise its stealers or breakers lol unless its an easy fix? the middle shelf in the vent seems to have dislodged and not moving the others


the other issue is when im driving along the motorway my passenger seat - seems to be rocking??? making noises any ideas on a fix and should only the drivers side have electric seat or should both?
