new to passat B6 2.0tdi sport

Hi All

I have just bought a 55 plate 2.0tdi sport and i am loving it but have a few niggles!

1. The radio receives interferance when you put on the rear window demister, is this normal?

2. I have a droaning noise from the rear at about 40mph, is this normal, i guess not. The rear tyres are the orginal and need replacing, as i am aware that this might be the problem. i was going to go for the Pirelli P zero, but these are £140! what is a cheaper option... i have seen Khumo for £69, would these suffice?
