After the recent thunderstorm we had here in leicester i decided to have a nosy around the car and found this to my horror...

i have no clue how it happened or how to fix it?

What i have noticed is that the rubber cap that you take off to get to the bulb is missing and i think water is coming from there..

Please can anyone give me a solution how to get rid of it and also if you have spare bulb rubber covers?
