Led drl

Hi there. I noticed yesterday that the passenger side led drl wasn’t working. Rest of the lights work ok. The rubber cover at the back of the light unit is missing. Has moisture played a part in the drl not working, or has the light just given up it’s ghost? Do the drl have a separate fuse? Does anyone know a place that repairs the leds? As previously mentioned, the rest of the bulbs work ok. Thanks in advance for any replies!
