Air only blowing out on co-drivers side (feet)

Hi all!

I hope some of you can help me with my problem.

I have 2013 passat B7 (caravan) and a week ago I have noticed that heater (or air circulation) inside the car only blows cold air to co-driver feet no matter where I point it to (there is no air to defrost or out of front vents). It also stays that way if I turn on AC as well.
I checked the fuses and they looked ok. I have also tried to reset the blowing hatches, but that didn't help.

Did any of you had similar problems in the past? What was the issue?
