Running cold / not up to temp

I think I’ve found the answer in here but I wanted to check with you all that I’m on the right track.

2.0 TDi (CFFB) DSG doesn’t get up to temp for a long time. For instance, drove 13 miles this morning and Oil temp on MFD is 75*C and Engine coolant temp on dash is 70*C. I had the heater on in the car at about 2/3rds of the way and it didn’t really get warm for about 10 miles.

Am I right in thinking it’s this part 1K0121113A that needs replacing? Or is it another temp sensor / thermostat housing?
