Fuel filter housing pipes

Anybody know what these pipes/hoses are called and any part numbers? The ones going out of the fuel filter housing top. Mine has a leak as you can see in the picture and just need the 3 hoses as diesel has corroded them. I think the adapter in the middle of the middle pipe is leaking too have no idea what its called.
