DTC 17262 Terminal 30 U140A 00 (039) Open circuit

This is going to be a ball ache I can tell.
Had a flat battery today, jump started with another car and noticed the check engine MIL remained on.
Connected VCDS to find DTC 17262 Terminal 30 U140A 00 (039) Open circuit.
Ive cleared the DTC to find it immediately comes back.
Has anyone experienced this?
Seems to be a topic on multiple forums with one stating "Everything is clear now. The problem was in ECU. Battery was dead and somebody exchanged wires from external battery. This fried terminal 30 EDC17 ECU connection. It works normally but this trouble code is now permanent."
Any thoughts or advice would be welcome?
