Windscreen washers not working

Morning guys,
As the topic, my washers aren’t working.
I’ve checked the fuse and it’s fine. Also confirmed that the same fuse controls the rear wiper and it works.
Checked the motor, put a 12v to it and it works, producing the fluid as normal.
Checked the wiring and am getting a constant 0.27v.
When I pull the stalk to operate, the wipers work, just not the washer pump.

Checked using my Vcds and it says it’s an open circuit.
Checked the Haynes manual and there seems to be no relay, just an onboard supply control unit which sounds expensive.

It’s got me stumped. Any ideas ? Thanks !
