Passat 2.0 tdi 2012 clunky manual gearbox

Hi, I just got passat b7 2.0 tdi manual and I am dissappointed how clunky is the gearbox. All gears are just horribly clunky when shifting. I had long time ago golf 1.9 tdi mk4 and passat b5 1.9tdi and gearboxes on those were silky smooth. Shifted like a dream. But this passat which I have now is not smooth at all. Recently changed gearbox oil but no improvement. Car has 80k on the clock. Do all b7 manual gearboxes feel like that? Or is there something wrong with it? What do you think? Regards
