Replacing front tyres

Hi

Following collection from service advised front tyres on my 2012 B7, diesel, need replacing.
Existing are Continental ContisportContact run-flats (same as on the rear) the car came (pre-ownedly presumably from factory) with.

So -
1. For insurance purposes can I change to a different, non run-flat tyre, on the front or stick to same (as relatively new on rear)?
2. Change the front to non run-flats and advise insurance company of change?
3. Establish the other factory options at the time and pick one of these to stay above board, including not paying insurance 'detail amendment charge''?

Vredstein Quatrac5, Goodyear Vector 4Season Gen2 and Mitchelin Crossclimate seem be favourably reviewed...............any thoughts?
