b7 mot fail

hello im new on here and after some advice!

the passat faild it mot on front wishbone rear bush the one in the alli housing n/s and o/s

what i want to know is how hard of a job are they to change ? looks easy enough but if anyone has a guide or tips that would be good
are they pressed or just slip on? looks to be a bolt in the center of the bush?
