rear anti roll bar bushes

Hi has anyone changed the rear anti roll bar bushes ? my b7 estate bushes are split and cracked, VW has quoted £290.00 to replace them, 
I am thinking of having a go myself, so if anyone has any pointers, i would be grateful .
