Irritating noise

Hi

For quite a while now I have been hearing a irritating noise I think is from the front NS wheel bearing , sometimes it sounds like a droning noise at around 55 mph although at about 30 mph I think it more like a skipping sort of noise like as if my front wheels are oval , my tyres are all around 4mm tread and are evenly worn with no visible damage also the car is just under 30000 miles .

Any help appreciated as I can't pin point it some passengers even think it's the rear.
