My son, who owns a 2012 passat is looking to buy a tuning box from bluespark. Does anybody know anything about them or have brought from them?

Dunno, the vast majority of boxes are a con, complete rip off junk and harmful to use over time.

The ones that arent a con are usually far more expensive than having a proper remap done

I'd give her some 'trivago' .

From what I read the tuning boxes seem like a very good idea and I can see why people buy them, mainly so they don't void any warranties etc but all they do is trick the ecu. Getting a remap seemed like the way to go.
